  • 4 oz pancetta
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • can canelli beans
  • can Italian green beans
  • 2 boxes of chicken broth
  • orzo
  • carrots
  • onion
  • celery

Step 1

Brown 4 oz of pancetta. Remove and drain. Saute onion, celery and carrots. Add 2 boxes of chicken broth and 2 chicken breasts with bones. Simmer until cooked, about 20 minutes. Cut up chicken and return to pot with can of rinsed canelli beans and can of Italian green beans. Season with basil, thyme, oregeno, salt and pepper. Add 2 oz orzo. Cook until orzo is done and add pancetta.
