Ingredients
- 24 Small wonton wrappers (approximately 3-inch squares)
- 2 jars (6-1/4 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup ripe pitted olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup (1 ounce) parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin pan. Drain artichoke hearts, reserving marinade for later use and pat with paper towel. Combine chopped vegetables, olives, cheese, garlic, and mayo and fill prepared muffin cups.
Bake 12-14 minutes in 350 degree oven. Let cool in pan for 2 minutes.
Carefully remove and serve warm.
Yields 24 servings.
