BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP APPETIZER

I can't eat shrimp, but I still make and serve this and get rave reviews every time.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Simek’s raw peeled and deveined shrimp (may use tail on)
  • 1 pound bacon slices, cut in half
  • 1 bottle teriyaki sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap one slice of bacon around each shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Placed prepared shrimp in a baking dish, pouring teriyaki sauce over them.

Cover dish and refrigerate for one hour.

Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
