Ingredients
- 1 c nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 t honey
- 1/4 t cinnamon, plus more for serving
- 1 med pear, cored & chopped
- 1/4 c walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl, add yogurt, honey & cinnamon & stir to combine.
2. Spoon 1/3 of yogurt mixture into a parfait glass or mason jar.
3. Top with 1/3 of the pear & 1/3 of the walnuts.
4. Repeat w/remaining yogurt, pear, & walnuts for 3 layers total.
5. Dust w/ additional cinnamon before serving, if desired.
