DORIS’ FAMOUS PEACH CUSTARD PIE

The most wonderful peach custard pie ever!!! Mom used to make this for me as my birthday cake every September. She would make me a whole pie for myself, and one pie for my family. I always looked forward to this wonderful birthday treat!!!!

Ingredients

  • Mix and pour the following over the fruit in shell:
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • Put in three cups sliced peaches in bottom of pie shell.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake in a 400 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
