Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Pound Tomato – Diced
  • 2 – 3 Tablespoons Onion – Finely chopped or to taste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic – Minced
  • Fresh Cilantro – Chopped
  • 1 – 2 Tablespoons Serrano Pepper orJalapeño – Finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1.Cut all above ingredients and combine mixing well.
2.Serve as a topping suggestion or with your favorite Mexican-brand Chips as a chunky salsa and enjoy!
