Ingredients
- 2 quarts vegetable stock
- 1/2 cup salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rosemary
- 1 tablespoon sage
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 2 quarts cold water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients
Simmer until salt is dissolved
Cool
Cover turkey and let sit for no longer than 24 hours
