Ingredients
- 10 oz. block sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 10 oz. block extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 small onion, finely grated
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (4 oz) jars diced pimento, drained
- 2 t. Worchestershire sauce
- 1/4 t. pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss cheeses, cornstarch in medium bowl. Add 1/2 of bacon and rest of ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 3 quart crockpot. Sprinkle with rest of bacon. Cook on low 2-3 hours.
Serve with veggies or crackers.
