Egg Beater Carbonara

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 pkg (1 lb) Linguine fini
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Wesson canola oil
  • 1 1pkg 1pkg (6oz) Canadian bacon or pancetta cut up
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup slivered almonds or pine nuts
  • Sundried tomatoes oil packed & drained
  • 15 15 container 15 oz container Egg Beaters Original
  • 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 cup of chopped chives
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • to pasta according to directions, omitting salt.
  • 4 heat oil in medium skillet over. Med-high heat. Add meat, nuts,and tomatoes. Mix well and cook 4 minutes. Remove from heat set aside
  • Mix egg beaters, parsley, chives, pepper and cheese in medium bowl. Set aside
