• 4 c. cilantro leaves
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 lime, grated, with juice
• 2 tsp. coriander
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1 tsp. cumin
• 1/2 c. peanut or vegetable oil
