Ingredients

  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Bisquick
  • 4 oz sharp shredded Cheddar cheese

Step 1

Mix, roll into small balls and bake at 400F for 22-25 min

I like to double this - using one lb of Hot and one of Mild sausage.
