Garlicky Lemon Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/4 lbs Scallops
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Scallion; finely chopped
  • 1 Lemon; juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley; chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic; minced

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oil in non-stick skillet.

2. Toss Scallops with flour & salt.

3. Place scallops, garlic, & scallion in skillet; saute until scallops are opaque, about 3 -4 minutes. Stir in lemon juice & parsley.
