Ingredients
- 1 c walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed & thinly sliced
- 1 c red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 t ground nutmeg
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 c dried cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a lg dry skillet, toast walnuts over med heat, tossing, ~ 5 min. Set aside & reserve pan.
2. Using the same pan, warm oil over med-high heat until it shimmers.
3. Add Brussels sprouts, onion, nutmeg, & salt & pepper to taste.
4. Cook, stirring, until Brussels sprouts are wilted, 2-3 min.Remove from heat.
5. Add dried cranberries & reserved walnuts.
6. Toss to combine & transfer to a serving bowl. Serve warm.
