Cheddar-Almond Cheese Spread
Can also pair this w/ fruit, crackers and wine for a great gift basket. (And gourmet chocolate truffles too ;)

Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) packages, cream cheese softened
- 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t onion powder
- 1/4 t ground red pepper
- 1 c chopped roasted almonds
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper with a mixer until smooth.
Spoon cheese mixture onto parchment paper and form cheese into a cube. Roll cheese in almonds. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve w/assorted crackers.
