Peas & Peanuts Salad

Ingredients

• 3-10 oz. boxes of frozen peas, thawed and drained well
• 10 oz. Spanish peanuts
• 1-1/2 C. Hellman's mayonnaise (use only Hellman's)
• 1 C. Miracle Whip salad dressing
• 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 T. Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 t. Accent (MSG)

Preparation

Step 1

Place peas & peanuts in bowl. Toss to mix. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl till blended well. Add to pea & peanut mixture.

Chill for a minimum of 3 hours. Mix to blend flavors before serving.
