Ingredients
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 3/4 C. red onion thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 C. diced celery
- 1/2 C. diced green pepper
- 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 T. red wine vinegar
- 1/3 C. Miracle Whip
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1
Pour tuna into bowl and break up with fork. Stir in onion, celery, green pepper & beans. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Toss thoroughly with olive oil, vinegar and Miracle Whip. Chill 1 hour before serving.
