Cannellini Bean & Tuna Salad

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 3/4 C. red onion thinly sliced crosswise
  • 1 can (15 oz.) cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 C. diced celery
  • 1/2 C. diced green pepper
  • 3 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 C. Miracle Whip
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Step 1

Pour tuna into bowl and break up with fork. Stir in onion, celery, green pepper & beans. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Toss thoroughly with olive oil, vinegar and Miracle Whip. Chill 1 hour before serving.
