Quick and easy toffee brittle recipe that is so sweet and delicious! Perfect for a holiday gift, wrapped in a cello bag, or small box for giving food.

Ingredients
- 1 sleeve salted saltines
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with sprayed foil .
Line pan with saltines (cover the pan but don't layer the crackers)
Bring sugar and butter to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over crackers
Bake at 350°F for approximately 8 minutes. Cool for about 5 minutes, and then sprinkle with 2 cups chocolate chips. Wait 10 minutes for the chocolate chips to get melted, then spread melted chips over entire platter.
Freeze or refirgerate then break into serving size and serve.
