  • 1 pkg. (3oz) lemon gelatin
  • 1 pkg. (3oz) raspberry gelatin
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. cold water
  • 1 c. white wine
  • 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 c. fresh raspberries
  • 1 c. green grapes, halved


Servings 6


Step 1

In a large bowl, dissolve gelatns in boiling water. Lt stand for 10 minutes. Stir in cold water and the wine; refrigerate for 45 minuts or until partially set.

Fold in oranges, raspberries and grapes. Transfer to six large wine glasses, 1 cup in each. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
