Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Shape into muffin tin. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 min.
You can make a hole in each loaf and fill the hole with bbq sauce, spaghettie sauce or chunky salsa.
Take out of oven and top with shredded cheese. Bake 5 min more until cheese is melted.
