Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- chopped onion
- diced ham
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and ham in butter. Add beaten eggs, cook until medium done.
Cook and stir until thick. Fold sauce into eggs. Pour into 13x9 casserole. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake @ 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
