Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 teasp. Adobo
- 1 packet Sazon
- 2 Tbsp. sofrito
- 1 can chick peas undrained
- 2 cups uncooked Goya Rice
- 3 cups water.
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in oil. Add onion. Add Adobo, Sazon and Sofrito.
Add chick peas and Simmer on low.
Add uncooked rice and add water. Simmer covered until water is absorbed and rice is tender
