Cranberry Pecan Scones (skinny)

Ingredients
- 2 c whole wheat pastry flour
- 1 c pecans, chopped
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1 1/4 c low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 t freshly grated orange zest
- 2/3 c dried sweetened cranberries

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400. Lightly coat a 9in round baking pan with Pam.
Whisk together the flour, pecans, powder, soad and salt in a large bowl.
Whisk together the yogurt, oil, and zest in a small bowl.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the yogurt mixture and cranberries. Stir until blended.
Press into the prepared pan. Score the dough with a knife to form 8 triangles. Bake for 20-25 min or until lightly browned and and toothpick comes out clean.
