- 6 1/2 oz tuna in spring water, drained and flaked
- 1 cup chopped avocado
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 diced onions
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
