Ingredients
- 4 cups light spelt
- 3 1/2 cups sugar (sucunat)
- 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder (sift)
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 whole apples
Preparation
Step 1
Combine apple with water, oil, sugar and vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth.
Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add wet to dry and mix until combined.
Parchment paper on half sheet tray. Evenly spread brownie mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, until the center is just set.
