Ingredients
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 C chopped celery, with leaves
- 1/3 C butter
- 1 T parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 C stale white bread slices, cubed
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in butter in frying pan over medium for about 5 minutes until onion is soft.
Mix next 5 ingredients in small bowl. Add to onino mixture. Heat and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add bread cubes. Stir for about 2 mintues until bread has absorbed liquid.
