Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 can (1 lbs. 4 oz.) undrained crushed pineapple
  • 5 slices white bread cut in cubes

Preparation

Step 1

cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
stir in pineapple.
fold in bread cubes.


Turn into greased 1 1/2 qrt. casserole or loaf pan.
bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
