pineapple-baked bread pudding
wonderful served as side dish with ham

- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 1 can (1 lbs. 4 oz.) undrained crushed pineapple
- 5 slices white bread cut in cubes
cream butter, sugar, and eggs.
stir in pineapple.
fold in bread cubes.
Turn into greased 1 1/2 qrt. casserole or loaf pan.
bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
