    cup melted butter

  • 1

    cup sugar

    eggs well beaten

    can (1 lbs. 4 oz.) undrained crushed pineapple

    slices white bread cut in cubes

Directions

cream butter, sugar, and eggs. stir in pineapple. fold in bread cubes. Turn into greased 1 1/2 qrt. casserole or loaf pan. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour
