Easy Cheesecakes

Cheescak cupcakes that give individual servings to family and friends to enjoy.

Family favorite!

Ingredients

• Vanilla "Nilla" wafers
• 3 pkg cream cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 can pie filling (your choice)
• cupcake papers (24)

Preparation

Step 1

Put vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake papers

Mix all ingredients together

Fill cupcake cups 2/3 full

Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes

Top with a pie filling of your choice

Refrigerate covered
