This is a light cheesecake filling that won't harden when refrigerated like a frosting would.

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. Heavy Cream
- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 1/3 c. Powdered Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl and mix on med-high speed for 3-4 minutes. Do not overmix.
