Beef and Radiatore

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 4 oz uncooked radiatore or elbow macaroni (about 1-1/4 cup)
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 1 - 11 oz can condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 c water
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen peas

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ground beef and onion in a 10" skillet, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain.

Stir in remaining ingredients except peas.

Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Rinse frozen peas with cold water to separate; drain. Stir into beef mixture. Simmer uncovered, about 5 minutes or until peas and radiatore are tender.
