Ingredients
- 1 8-oz plain lowfat yogurt
- 2 T. maple syrup
- 1 t. poppy seeds
- 1/4 t. salt
Preparation
Step 1
In medium size bowl, beat yogure, maple syrup, poppy seeds and salt until smooth. Transfer to pitcher to serve immediately or pour into jar. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
