Ingredients
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 heat iceberg lettuce and 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper to taste
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced tops
- 1 22 oz. can mandarin oranges
Preparation
Step 1
Place sliced almonds and sugar in sauce pan. Heat until almonds are coated and sugar is melted. Place nuts on parchment paper to cool.
Mix vegetable oil, vinegar and salt and pepper.
