Ingredients
- 1 bunch of Swiss Chard
- 1/2 bag of baby carrots cut into matchsticks
- 1 medium onion sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup broth, water or bouillon
- 1 tsp honey or agave
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
Add onion and cook until lightly brown.
Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Add broth, should cover bottom of pan, and carrots. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add chard and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
When carrots and chard are tender, stir in balsamic vinegar and honey or agave.
