This dessert is super easy because it uses a box of cake mix and canned peaches.

Ingredients

  • 2 large cans of sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 C. cornstarch
  • FOR CRUMBLE
  • 1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Mix peach ingredients together and pour into rectangular cake pan. Combine the box of yellow cake mix with melted butter, massaging it slowly to create a coarse batter.

Sprinkle crumble topping over peach mixture. Sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top.

Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
