Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 8 Tb butter, softened
- 4 Tb brown sugar
- 4 Tb molasses
- 1/2 cup cracked (bulgar) wheat
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 4 Tb powdered milk
- 1/2 cup rice or soy flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup amaranth or barley flour
- 2/3 cup oat flour
- 5 cups bread flour
- 2 lg eggs beaten
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 Tb yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Put ingredients in bread machine. Set on dough cycle. When done turn out dough & fold. Shape into loaves & let rest for 45-60 min. Slash loaves, brush w/ cornstarch wash & top w/ oats or seeds bake in steamed oven at 375 degrees for 30 min.
