ENTREE - Lipton Onion Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 c ketchup
• 1/2 c fine bread crumbs
• 3/4 warm water

Preparation

Step 1

Combine soup mix with beef. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into a 9" x 5" loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve with onion gravy, if desired.
