Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb ea)
  • 1 T Olive Oil
  • 2 t dried Rosemary, crushed
  • 1 t rubbed Sage
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Pepper
  • Optional : Bake with quartered Red Potatoes, Carrots and 1 medium Onion, cut into wedges.

Preparation

Step 1

Note: I keep a mixture of the Rosemary, Sage, Salt & Pepper to use whenever I make Pork Tenderloin. I make smaller portion meat and sprinkle with ingredients.

Place pork in shallow roasting pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle with oil. Add potatoes, carrots and onion if desired. Sprinkle seasonings on top of Pork.

Bake 450 for 30-40 min (temp 160)
