Summer Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 oz penne pasta - cooked and drained
  • 2 pints grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 c fresh basil, chopped
  • 2/3 c olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together grape tomato halves, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Toss with pasta, sprinkle with cheese.
