Ingredients
- Cream soup:
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1-1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- Broccoli soup:
- 2 c. frozen broccoli cut, cooked, drained, or 2 c. fresh broccoli cuts, cooked and drained
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 recipe cream soup (above)

Preparation
Step 1
In medium saucepan, stir broccoli, lemon juice, and garlic powder into cream soup. Heat gently. Do not boil.
