Ingredients
- 1 pkg PC Blue Menu Wild Pacific Halibut, thawed and patted dry. (Sole, Salmon)
- 4 tsp Olive oil
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 egg white
- 2/3 panko breadcrumbs, or italian bread crumbs
- 4 tsp chopped fresh parsley
- 4 lemon wedges (for garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Brush halibut with half of the olive oil, sprinkle with spices.
In small bowl,whisk egg white until frothy. In another sm bowl, combine panko and parsley. Dip halibut into egg white, letting excess drip off. Roll halibut in panko mixture, patting to adhere. Place halibut on baking sheet.
Drizzle with remaining oil.
Bake for 15 to 18 mins or until fish is golden and flakes easily when pierced with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges.
