Ingredients
- 2 C diced Chicken or Turkey
- 1/2 C chopped Celery (or Celery Salt)
- 1/2 C chopped Cashews or Walnuts
- 1/2 C Mayo or Salad Dressing
- 1/4 C coarsley chopped Raddishes
- 2 T chopped Green Onions
- 2 T diced pimentos (or Red Pepper)
- 1 T Dill weed
- 1 T Seasoned Salt
- Lettuce Leaves
- 6 Croissants
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 10 ingredients. Place lettuce and 2/3 C chicken salad on each croissant.
