Ingredients
- 1/4 C Orange Marmalade
- 2 t fresh Lemon juice
- 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breast halves
- 1/4 t Sea Salt
- 1/4 t Pepper
- 2 t Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400
Mix Marmalade and lemon juice, set aside
Season Chx with salt and pepper
Heat Oil in large saute pan med-high. Sear chx for 1 minute each side.
Place chx in baking dish, bake 15-20 min (temp 165)
Serve topped with 1T Orange Marmalade mixture.
Serving suggestion: Cranberry Orzo for side dish
