POPCORN BALLS

Ingredients

  • 6 quarts corn, popped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 Tablespoon margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Pop corn, taking care to remove kernels not opened.

Keep corn warm.

Mix brown sugar and molasses, boil until it threads from spoon.

Add salt and butter.

Pour hot mixture over popped corn, stirring constantly.

As soon as it is cool enough to handle, press into balls.
