- 1 24 ounce package frozen hash browns
- 2 cups dices ham
- 6 oz mozz cheese
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tea salt
- 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion chopped

Step 1
1. Place partially thawed potatoes in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with ham and cheeses. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, and onion. Pour over potatoes. Cover. Refrige overnite. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
