Ingredients
- 4 pita breads (6in)
- 1 c reduced fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1 10oz pkg of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 3 med tomatoes, sliced
- 3/4 c crumbled feta cheese
- 3/4 t dried basil
Preparation
Step 1
Place pita breads on a baking sheet. Combine the ricotta cheese and garlic powder; spread over pitas. Top with spinach, tomatoes, feta cheese and basil.
Bake at 400 for 12-15 min or until bread is lightly browned.
