Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 2 cans chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion with butter until transparent. Add uncooked rice. Stir 1 min. on low heat.
Add 2 cans chicken broth. Cover and simmer 20 mins or until rice is tender
