Italian Beef Bake

Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 1/4 c. pasta sauce
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 2 c. Bisquick
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. grated parm cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Spray 8" square glass baking dish w/ cooking spray. In 10" skillet, cook beef over med-high heat 5-7 mins., stirring occasionally, till thoroughly cooked; drain.
Stir 1 1/4 c. pasta sauce into beef. Heat to boil. Spoon into baking dish; top w/ mozzarella.
Meanwhile, in med. bowl, stir Bisquick, milk, and parm cheese till soft dough forms.
Drop dough by 12 tablespoonfuls onto beef mixture.
Bake, uncovered 20-24 mins. or till topping is golden brown and toothpick inserted in topping comes out clean.
