  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs, beated
  • 1/4 t. baking powder
  • 6 slices bread



Step 1

Break up bread into bite size pieces & brown in oleo. Add the rest of the ingredients & mix well. Roll into ball(a little larger than golf ball). Put into boiling water for 10 minutes. Carefully remove * put on baking sheet. Put in 325 degree oven ubtil dry.
