Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz softened butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- confectioner's sugar for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream butter and cream cheese
2. Add egg and vanilla
3. Beat in cake mix completely.
4. Scoop in balls, roll inpowdered sugar
5. Bake 325F for 10-12" or until beginning to brown
Store in airtight container, separate layers with waxed paper.
